This 2br/1ba condo, located in a historic building in Aspen, CO was purchased in September 2019. The property had great bones but hadn’t been touched in 10+ years and was in desperate need of modernization. We took the property down to the studs, added a new kitchen with beautiful storage and cabinets, steam shower, lutron smart lighting, and built-ins throughout. The property was sold in February 2021.
